Who is responsible

Your personal data is processed by Giftezon Bilişim Danışmanlık (Çağlayan, Vatan Caddesi No:52/1, Kağıthane, Istanbul, Türkiye) and Giftezon LLC (2201 Menaul Boulevard NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107, USA) as data controllers.

What data we process

• Meeting request form: your full name, company or brand name, email address, phone number, the optional note you write, the meeting time you choose, the site language you use and your browser's time zone.
• Technical connection data: when you visit the site, information such as your IP address, browser details and the requested page is processed by Cloudflare, which hosts the site, for security and to deliver the service.

Form data is collected electronically when you submit the form; technical data is collected automatically when you visit the site. The site does not use cookies, and there are no ad-tracking or visitor analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

• To review your meeting request, schedule the meeting, send the meeting invitation and contact you about your request. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (f)).
• To keep the site secure and running. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How your request is handled

When you submit the form, your details are not saved to a database on our server; they are sent to our team by email, inside an encrypted approval link.

• If we approve the request: an event with a Google Meet link is created in our Google Calendar and the invitation is sent to your email address. The event description contains your form details.
• If we decline the request: you receive an email inviting you to pick another time; nothing is added to our calendar.

Who we share it with

Your data is shared only with the following service providers, for the purposes stated:

• Google (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet): delivering request emails, the calendar event and the meeting link.
• Cloudflare: hosting and protecting the site.
• Google Fonts: the icons on the site are loaded from Google's servers, which passes your IP address to Google.

These providers may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. We may also share data with public authorities where required by law.

How long we keep it

Request emails and calendar entries are kept for as long as needed to hold the meeting and manage any resulting business relationship, and are then deleted, subject to legal retention obligations. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have equivalent rights, including the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction or deletion, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
